This is the privacy policy for Excel Empire Corp (“we,” “us,” “our”). We’ve tried to write this in plain English so you can actually understand what we do with the information you share with us. If anything is unclear, reach out and we’ll explain it.
We only collect information that you give us directly — through forms on this site. That’s it. We don’t scrape, harvest, or buy anything in the background.
When you fill out a form, we may collect:
• Your name, email, phone, and state of residence
• Information about who referred you to us, if you tell us (referring agent’s name and email)
• Your answers to our intake questions about your tax, business, and financial situation
• Anything else you choose to add in a notes field
• Your consent to receive messages from us
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government IDs, bank account numbers, or payment card information through this website. If any of that becomes necessary later in a working relationship, we collect it through a secure, separate process — never through this site.
We use the information you share with us to:
• Contact you to schedule a discovery call or strategy conversation
• Prepare for that conversation so we don’t waste your time on the basics
• Connect you with the right specialist on our team based on what you’re looking for
• Send you the resources, scheduling links, or follow-ups you’ve asked for
• Communicate with the agent or advisor who referred you, if you indicated one
We do not sell your information. Ever.
We work with a few trusted partners and tools to actually run our business. The third parties we share your information with are:
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — our customer relationship platform. Form submissions land here so our team can follow up with you.
• Trawick Financial — if your inquiry relates to the Roth Excelerator, we share relevant intake details with our partner Trawick to start the conversation.
• ClaimLinx — if your inquiry relates to employee benefits, we share relevant intake details with our partner ClaimLinx for the same reason.
We share only what’s necessary for the work you’ve asked us to help with — nothing more.
We use a small number of standard cookies to help the site function and to understand how it’s being used:
• Cloudflare — site security and basic performance
• Google Analytics — to understand which pages people visit and how they got there (no personal identifiers)
• GoHighLevel — to recognize you across forms if you’ve already engaged with us
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly if you do.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure — encrypted connections, limited internal access, and trusted vendors with their own security standards. No system is bulletproof, but we treat your information the way we’d want our own treated.
If you live in California, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to:
• Know what personal information we have about you
• Request that we delete it
• Opt out of any sale of your information (we don’t sell, but you have the right to opt out anyway)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
We accept inquiries from residents of all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently accept inquiries from outside the United States.
This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we update this policy in any meaningful way, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we’ll let you know directly if you’ve already shared your information with us.
