These are the Terms of Service for the Excel Empire Corp website (“Excel Empire,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Like our Privacy Policy, we’ve tried to write this in plain English so you can actually understand what you’re agreeing to when you use this site or buy something from it.
By accessing or using https://excelempire.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any of them, please don’t use the site.
CTBA training is the only product you can purchase directly through this website. Everything else we offer — Crown engagements, Roth Excelerator referrals, Employee Benefits introductions, Tax Strategy Center projects, all of it — requires a conversation with someone on our team first. Pricing for those services is quoted after we understand your situation, and a formal engagement letter governs the relationship.
If you’re here to register for CTBA training, the price is shown on the registration page. Payment is handled through a secure third-party payment processor, which will be identified at the time of purchase. We don’t store or process your card information directly.
CTBA registration: refunds, transfers, and rescheduling
When you register for a CTBA session, here’s how it works:
• Refunds: You can request a full refund up to 7 days before the session begins. After that, refunds aren’t available except in the cases described below.
• Transfers: Tickets can be transferred to a colleague, but only by contacting us directly so we know who’s attending. Tickets are not transferable simply by handing them to someone else.
• Reschedule: If your plans change, you can reschedule to a future CTBA session at no additional charge.
• If we cancel: If we cancel a CTBA session for any reason — low enrollment, instructor unavailability, scheduling conflict, anything else — you’ll receive a full refund or the option to register for a future session, your choice.

Information on this site is for educational purposes only. Articles, blog posts, case studies, calculator outputs, and any other content on the site are not, and should not be construed as, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Your situation is specific to you, and broad educational content can’t account for everything that matters in your actual circumstances.
Engagement only begins with a signed engagement letter. Reading the site, attending a discovery call, registering for training, or submitting a form does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and Excel Empire. Our work together starts when both parties have signed a written engagement letter that defines scope, fees, and responsibilities.
Past results don’t guarantee future outcomes. We share case studies and dollar figures throughout the site to illustrate the kind of work we do and the impact it’s had for specific clients. Your results will depend on your situation, the strategies you and your team agree to pursue, and a long list of variables outside our control.
This site does not create accounts for clients or general visitors. There’s nothing to sign up for, no password to remember, no profile to maintain.
The Agent Hub portion of the site is restricted to credentialed agents and advisors only. To become an Excel Empire agent, you go through a separate sign-up process and complete training — you cannot self-register through the website.
You agree not to use this site in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms. Specifically, don’t:
• Impersonate Excel Empire Corp, our employees, representatives, subsidiaries, or divisions
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Send spam, junk mail, or chain communications through any forms or contact paths on the site
• Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or copy site content (standard search engine indexing is fine)
• Interfere with the site’s operation through software, malware, or anything similar
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, or any system connected to the site
• Launch denial-of-service attacks
• Otherwise use the site to violate federal, state, or local law
All site content — text, images, graphics, designs, logos, software, data, case studies, blog posts — is © 2018–2026 Excel Empire Corp or our licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You’re welcome to read our content, share links to it, and reference quotes for personal or professional purposes with proper attribution. You are not authorized to copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
A note on visual content: AI tools may have been used in the production of some visual content on this site. We curate and review every image we publish.

Governing law, venue, and class waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. They are not governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of International Goods, the Uniform Commercial Code, or Incoterms.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida.
You and Excel Empire Corp agree that any claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Excel Empire Corp regarding this site.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
